Milk Allergy

Sad, but true that Milk is sometimes allergic and fatal when it is! Milk allergy occurs when the body reacts adversely to one of the many protein substances found in mlk, which is generally not allergic to humans. Lactose intolerance is different from that of Milk Allergy, the former being a common condition.

Anaphylaxis is a fatal condition which is a result of Milk Allergy. The other most common implications of Milk Allergy include, but limited to skin rash, hives, vomiting, and gastric distress such as diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain or flatulence) and the clinical terms associated with Milk Allergy include anaphylactic reactions, atopic dermatitis, wheeze, infantile colic, gastroesophageal reflux (GER), oesophagitis, allergic colitis headache/migraine and constipation.

It's important to identify if the reaction is a lactose allergy or protein allergy. If it's protein allergy the only way out is to shun milk completely. For now there is no cure to this condition and it's best to avoid as repeated bouts of allergic reactions might lead to Anaphylaxis which is fatal. Milk does not exclude the milk products, so care should be taken while choosing your menu outside.
